You re led into a state where your body and mind are relaxed. You will feel very relaxed and you will remain conscious enough to be aware. In this state certain parts of your mind are more receptive, particulary those parts which the therapist is working with to induce beneficial changes. It will be a little like daydreaming and the therapist will help you create postive pictures in your mind so that you have a very pleasant experience.
